While The Outperformer’s origins were in human-centred design of change and improvements within large organisations, we have successfully transitioned the key principles of success that drive performance in the SME space. Unlike traditional business coaches who play in a limited space, our team has experience working with founders, families and CEO-owners to intentionally develop the organisation to meet very specific financial and experiential goals.


What must be understood, is that each small-medium sized business has very unique strengths and maturity to leverage, and typically, areas that are underdeveloped.

The key to successful development is to intelligently design changes strategies that can work with the limited resources a smaller company has, resourcefully develop capabilities to reach goals rapidly, and simplify the path forward.

It is ridiculous to believe that there is a ‘five step process’ that will work for all businesses, as each leader and their people have unique preferences, biases, strengths, habits, ways of working, resources and so on.
